Once an order is collected, full responsibility transfers to the customer.
5. Private Pickup Location & Access
Pickup occurs at a private residential location.

6. Assumption of Risk (Pickup Liability)
By choosing pickup and/or arriving at the pickup location, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are voluntarily entering a private property and assume all associated risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, weather conditions, uneven surfaces, stairs, driveways, sidewalks, parking areas, and general environmental hazards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prose Floral Studio LLC is not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to person or property that occurs during or in connection with pickup.
You accept full responsibility for your own safety and any guests accompanying you.
7. No Refund / Final Sale Policy
All floral arrangements and custom orders are final sale.
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been prepared or picked up.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup.
8. Substitutions & Design Integrity
Floral materials may vary due to seasonal availability.
Substitutions may be made as needed while maintaining the overall style, aesthetic, and value of the arrangement.
We reserve the right to adjust or discontinue offerings without notice.
9. Nature of Floral Products
All floral products are natural and perishable.
Variations in color, shape, size, and lifespan are expected and not considered defects.
We are not responsible for changes that occur after pickup.
